This notice of the incomplete C & P evaluation caused the board to remand the case to the regional office for an explanation. Ultimately, a new C & P was completed. After the new C & P evaluation concluded, the board found that our clients combined disabilities warranted a 100% disability rating. Which gave him a finding of individual unemployability. In other words, they found him totally disabled and awarded him maximum allowable monthly benefits. They were also able to get his effective date pushed back many years. Meaning we got over $200,000 is retroactive benefits.
