By doing so our disability attorneys were able to convince the Court of Veterans Disability to Remand the Decision made to the Board of Veterans Advocates, by pointing out that the compensation and pension or C&P Evaluation was not complete. This notice of the incomplete C&P evaluation caused the Board to remand the case to the Regional Office for an explanation. Ultimately a new C& P was completed.
