After the new C&P evaluation concluded the Board found that our clients combined disabilities warranted a 100% rating which gave him a finding of Individual Un-employability. In other words, they found him totally disabled and awarded him the maximum allowable monthly benefits. We also were able to get his effective pushed back many years, meaning he got over $200,000 in back benefits.
