As a partner at the firm, Anthony heads the Social Security Disability Department. He represents clients across the United States in their fight against wrongful Social Security Disability denials, disability insurance denials, veteran’s disability benefit denials, and in mediations. He regularly represents clients at court; he has won many administrative appeals and federal briefs achieving remands and awards for his clients. Anthony is honored to have successfully represented hundreds of disabled clients in his time at Marc Whitehead and Associates.
Anthony was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, where he graduated Cum Laude from West Brook Senior High School. Anthony was a student athlete; he played baseball, and lettered in varsity tennis and as vice president of Key Club. Anthony received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, where he graduated Cum Laude and dedicated his time to several student service organizations.
Anthony’s path then led him to South Texas College of Law. He was active both in South Texas College of Law’s Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution programs. He competed in many tournaments, including the 2012 International Mediation Competition; his team placed in the top ten of forty-six teams from across the globe. In 2011, Anthony earned his mediation certification through the Frank Evans Center of Conflict Resolution and has successfully mediated many cases. Anthony initially began working for Marc Whitehead & Associates in 2011, while finishing his law degree. Anthony also clerked for Texas Criminal District Judge John B. Stevens.
Anthony’s personal interests include: cooking/grilling, live music, sports, skiing, volunteering, and being outdoors.
