Based in Texas, Britney nationally represents and advocates for clients in pursuing valid claims against their multi-billion-dollar insurance policy carriers. In the process, she’s collected millions of dollars for her clients that were denied compensation. Britney writes motions and argues cases primarily in federal district courts across the nation, as well as at the Board of Veterans Appeals and in the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. She focuses on claims involving breach of contract, bad faith insurance practices, DPTA violations and wrongful denial of insurance benefits against insurance companies through ERISA-based claims, as well as veteran benefit denials and social security disability income denials.
Britney McDonald has dedicated her career to fighting for the rights of those wrongfully denied by insurance companies.
Britney became a Partner at the firm in 2023, having been the firm’s Senior Managing Attorney for its insurance department since 2015, with seven additional years managing the firm’s veteran disability department during that time.
