Erin Svetlik, Esq.

Erin Svetlik is a Junior Managing Associate Attorney at Marc Whitehead & Associates. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University, graduating Cum Laude. Afterward, Erin moved to Houston to pursue her Doctor of Jurisprudence at South Texas College of Law Houston, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and ranked in the top 15% of her class. Erin was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in October 2022.

During law school, Erin received numerous honors and accolades, including the CALI Excellence for the Future award in Legal Research and Writing II, Property II, Advanced Marital Property Seminar, Agency and Partnership, and Remedies. Erin was also named to the Dean’s Honor List, awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, recognized as a Presidential Fellow, and inducted into the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Society.

Erin’s career with Marc Whitehead & Associates began while she was still in law school, where she worked as a clerk. After law school, Erin gained valuable experience as a family law attorney before returning to Marc Whitehead & Associates to dedicate her career to advocating for disabled clients and ensuring they receive the benefits they deserve.

During her free time, Erin loves to read, go on walks with her dog, and try out new restaurants with her husband.
