Diana Singson, Esq. – COO

Diana was born in Michigan and raised in the Pineywoods of East Texas.  After attending Baylor University where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, she attended the University of Houston Law Center.  As Chief Operating Officer for the Firm, Diana is responsible for systems, processes, and technology.  She also oversees quality control and all training.

Diana is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas and has significant in-house experience in a number of industries, including hospitality and oil and gas.  As in-house counsel, she negotiated a myriad number of commercial contracts and worked with outside counsel on several acquisitions.  Diana was also responsible for corporate governance and managing regulatory compliance.

Throughout her career, Diana has worked with founders and CEOs to create structure and execute their vision for scalable growth.  Diana brings strong analytic and strategic problem-solving skills and significant experience developing processes to increase efficiencies and profitability.
