"Excellent lawyer. I say this even though he is my friendly competitor. He and I have worked together on a few long term disability claims. He knows his stuff and is very passionate about his repressentation. He is one of the few lawyers who take Vet disabilty claims. "We cannot say enough good things regarding this firm. My husband, a 21 year veteran, had been denied his claim for Agent Orange exposure since 2007. After his 3rd appeal was denied in 2010, he requested a hearing in Washington, DC with the Board of Veterans Appeals. Jaime Almaguer was always on top of keeping all my records and reports from doctors in perfect order. He always responded to my requests and made me feel like they cared for my situation. "When I found out that I was going to need surgery on my right leg and not be able to return to work I filled out a questioner online and Jaime called me right away.
